Patient Waiting List Analytics Objective:
This project demonstrates an end-to-end Power BI dashboard solution
designed to analyse and monitor patient waiting list data within a
healthcare setting. The primary goal was to create an interactive,
insightful tool that supports data-driven decision-making for
hospital administrators and healthcare professionals. By integrating
inpatient and outpatient datasets, the dashboard offers clear
visibility into key metrics such as patient volumes, wait times, and
departmental bottlenecks. The solution allows stakeholders to
identify inefficiencies, prioritise care delivery, and allocate
resources more effectively. This project showcases the full Power BI
development lifecycle—from initial stakeholder requirements and data
transformation, through to visual design, interactivity, and
deployment—highlighting both technical execution and real-world
impact.

Since 2014, I’ve been building immersive worlds and gameplay experiences in Unreal Engine, teaching myself every step of the development process—from visual scripting to full release.
